We are a small team. Every hire counts, and it is done without a middleman: the person who reads your application is the person you will work with.
We are looking for people who like working outdoors and who know that a site left well is worth more than a site done fast. Being able to talk to a client counts as much as being able to hold a chainsaw. The rest can be learned.
What we are looking for
Climbing arborist
Rope work, light pruning, dismantling with rigging. A climbing certificate is welcome, safety is not negotiable.
Landscape gardener
Landscape masonry, terraces, planting, maintenance. A feel for stone and timber counts more than a diploma.
Apprentice
We train people. If the trade interests you and you are ready to get up early, write to us even without experience.
Speculative application
Nothing here matches? Write anyway: our needs change with the seasons, and we keep applications for six months.
