Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what you are entitled to require. It is written in accordance with the GDPR and with Luxembourg law.

Data controller

Spellini Sàrl, 59 Rue du Mont St Jean, L-3652 Kayl, Luxembourg · info@spellini.lu

What data, and why

This site collects no data without your knowledge. The only information processed is what you enter voluntarily in one of the three forms: contact, tree order, job application.

  • Contact form. Name, telephone, email, site address, service, message and any attachments. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and draw up a quotation.
  • Order form. Name, telephone, email, address, varieties wanted. Purpose: to process your tree order.
  • Application form. Name, telephone, email, message and CV. Purpose: to consider your application.

No storage on this site

This is the important point. Your data is not recorded in a database, nor on a file server, nor with a storage provider. Each submission is turned into an email, sent to info@spellini.lu through the Resend service, with a copy to Wedo, and nothing of it remains on the site afterwards. Attachments travel inside the email itself.

Retention period

Your data therefore lives in the mailbox of Spellini Sàrl and in that of Wedo, the agency that built and maintains this site, and nowhere else. Enquiries that come to nothing are deleted at the latest twelve months after the last exchange; unsuccessful applications, at the latest six months after receipt, unless you agree to a longer period.

Processors

Resend (email delivery). iubenda (consent banner): it collects your choice and remembers it in your browser. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement), loaded only if you accept measurement in the banner: Google then receives your IP address, the pages you view and the fact that you clicked the phone number or the email address, or sent a form — never what you wrote in it. If you also accept advertising, Google Ads can link a visit that came from an ad to a quote request. Google Maps, only if you click to display the map. UserWay (accessibility widget), loaded on every page: it receives your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing, and keeps your display settings in your browser. Wedo, the agency that built and maintains this site, receives a copy of the messages sent through the three forms, for technical and commercial follow-up.

Cookies

Two cookies are set without asking, because they only make the site work: the one that remembers your consent choice (iubenda, one year) and the one that keeps the language you picked (set when you switch language). The Google Analytics audience-measurement cookies (_ga, two years) and, if you accept advertising, the Google Ads cookie (_gcl_au, three months) are only set after you agree in the banner. You can change your mind at any time with the floating preferences button at the bottom right of every page. If you choose to display the Google map, Google may set others: that is why it only loads when you click. The UserWay accessibility widget keeps your display settings, such as contrast and text size, so that they carry from one page to the next.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. Write to info@spellini.lu: we answer within a month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
